INNOVATION THAT TAKES YOU HIGHER.
in a global initiative
ING Group set out ambitiously in 2016 to provide structured innovation programs to all countries...
How We Serve
WE STARTED WITH A QUESTION:
“What is the most effective, efficient way to build innovation capacities in companies?”
What we found:
“Current implementation paradigms aren't working.”
We observed company after company setting ambitious plans to transform their workforce with trainings or to infuse innovation through project collaborations with consulting firms, but both strategies left major deficits. That’s why we do things differently.
What we resolved to do:
"Embed innovation facilitators in company teams. Keep them there.”
Real transformation is a continuous cycle of learning and doing, and this can only be achieved with support that is dedicated and participating in the creation process. Our facilitators help teams transform into independent innovation units while delivering real results.
Whom We Serve
WE FOCUS ON INNOVATION MATURE COMPANIES:
The ones who ask " how can we get results?" rather than "how can we train people in innovation?"
“We want to try a new systemic approach to support our innovation.”
For corporations, accelerators and non-profits, embedding experts puts the source of information and inspiration at the team level, creating more flexible, resilient change. What can you tell us about your innovation situation?
“We want more bandwidth to support our clients for longer.”
Offering embedded experts can greatly increase your impact and client longevity, which makes for a happy pair. Think there’s an opportunity to collaborate?
